Saturday one of the Mozambican teachers took Katie & me to a local beach! It was the perfect day for the beach, sunny & hot! I had actually been to this beach before when I was here in July with the Beltway team. I never dreamed I would go back to this beach!! It is a quiet, beautiful beach. It was such a relaxing day to lay on the beach and sunbathe. Katie & I love the sun and getting tan...so we were very grateful for Heldio taking us to the beach. When I was collecting sea shells I came across a crab & ran to get my camera to take a picture only to find out that it was a dead crab...not as exciting. oh well! We ate lunch at a restaurant by the beach & we ordered shrimp. They brought the food out and the shrimp were LOOKING at me. It was the whole shrimp, eyeballs and all! It kinda freaked me out... but I ate them (not the head or legs of course)! I had never seen shrimp served like that so it was interesting...kinda made me lose my appetite & i love shrimp! They just laughed at me...but seriously~it was gross!

"They have eyes!!!" I'll never forget your reaction!! So funny! I love your artsy pictures. Ok, I need to point something out- did you notice you're wearing almost the same exact thing from July? At first I was so confused who was in the picture with you when it was your sister- I thought to myself, "Did Lindsay make a friend while I was reading?" Very fun day!
