It came over me from out of no where, I was in class teaching and i had the sudden craving for On the Border empanadas...mmmm I wanted some right then and there. My mind then wandered to Mexican food in general and how much i miss it. Not just OTB but Alamo, and Chuy's as well...you can't get that kind of mexican food here! I've not had chips & queso in over 3 weeks... and anyone that knows me well knows how much i love queso! Anyways...i'll live but i do miss mexican food and sharing it w/steven and morgan...
alamo will be our first stop from the airport. ps. i'm addicted to the chimichanga now. no more bowl of beans for me...
