Katie, Gismo, & me...they are great running partners! We try to run on MWF and wkends...we have been doing about 4 miles but are going to start training for a 1/2 marathon in South Africa this November! I'll let you know how that goes...haha! Katie teaches at CAM with me and is from California. We have become fast friends! I 'm so thankful for her friendship!

I MISS being your running partner! I am so glad you have one though and the dog to keep you safe! only a few more weeks and I'll be back in the running scene! I do miss you friend, I can't wait for Christmas for you to meet Laney :)!
