A quick update!

We said goodbye to the children at Zimpeto Saturday morning. I don't think there was a dry eye on the bus:(  As hard as it is to say goodbye to all the kids, we headed on to our next destination-Matola! It is a suburb right outside of Maputo. Jimmy & Linda used to live at Zimpeto but moved to Matola almost 3 years ago with their 6 adopted boys.  They came to Texas this past spring and we are excited to spend time with them!  We made it to Jimmy & Linda's house on Saturday! They have a beautiful home with a LOT of space! We have been spoiled! Papa Jim grilled burgers Saturday night & Mama Linda made fried chicken Sunday! Today we got to visit a center that takes care of children of human trafficked girls. Tuesday we go into the city (Maputo) to visit a ministry that works with street kids!

As you can see, the baby house was a huge hit with this team! Many spent most of their time there helping out with play-time, bed-time, & eating.  Our team also got to eat in the city by the bay and walk along the beach.  Project Purpose is a ministry that helps girls in prostitution/human trafficking. Everyday has been an adventure & we look forward to our last few days here in Mozambique!!
