I imagine you’ve all wondered when we will begin planning, meeting and preparing for our trip next July!
Well, the time has come! Our first meeting will be Sunday, April 15 @ 4:00pm in A110.
At that time we will go over all the things you need to be doing to get ready to go, including immunization schedules, payment deadlines , packing lists etc. I’ll begin searching for airline tickets soon – so be praying we can stay on budget at $2500.00!
If you have not provided me a copy of your passport AND brought 2 passport pictures for your VISA, please bring them on Sunday!!
Please let me know is you are UNABLE to meet Sunday so I can keep you posted on what you missed.
We will also set future meeting dates so you can plan accordingly in the future.
