They made it all the way from Mozambique! We have been hanging out with them since Saturday & tonight they speak at Beltway 6:00pm in the old Chapel. I have laughed so much this week with these guys. They are so fun to be around! Jimmy & Linda are amazing & just being around them you feel inspired & encouraged.
We met Adrian & Vagner on our 1st trip to Africa in 2006. I tease them now b/c they are taller than me but I knew them when they were younger (and shorter than me!)I asked them how old they thought I was now...one said 22 , the other teasingly said 32 (neither correct but we'll go with 22:)
Adrian asked my mom why I don't grow (taller) anymore. Haha.
They have been super busy this week: hanging out at Camp Barkeley Ranch, watching Narnia in 3-D, HSU vs. McM basketball, trip to Dyess AFB flight simulator, trip to the dentist, and many more trips around town! They leave on Thursday & we will be sad to see them go. They will leave to go back to Mozambique at the end of January. (It is summer in Moz, so this is their summer holiday.)
