Mozambique Musings: CAM Christmas Play

Last Friday CAM had their annual Christmas Potluck. My 2nd graders did an "ABC Christmas" Poem. It was really cute & they did so good! We have been practicing since Thanksgiving & they all learned their lines. Each student had to memorize 4-5 verses. The poem told the Christmas story. About a week before the play I had the idea to have them dress up. SO...I was not really sure if it would all come together & actually did not know until they showed up that night for the program, but they all looked their part & were so cute! We had Joseph, Mary, Angel, Shepherds, and a wiseman! I had a speaking part too, the 'abc' part and then my kids read the verse that went with the letter...I was so proud of them.
